SUBJECT:  Semi-annual Meeting

The Southern Association meeting is scheduled to be held in Lafayette, Louisiana on January 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. with the Executive Committee meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the same day.

At this meeting we will be reviewing recommended updates of our Association bylaws, in addition the youth committee will also be making any necessary updates or modifications to the 2023 Youth Track Meet schedule.

I have attached for your convenience a copy of the agenda.  It is recommended that the order of the agenda topics change to reflect the election as the first order of business following the prayer and pledge of allegiance.
