SUBJECT:  Annual Meeting

The Southern Association meeting is scheduled to be held in Mississippi, on Saturday, August 24,, 2024  at 10:00 a.m. with the Executive Committee meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the same day.  This will be a face-to-face meeting, however, location details are still being finalized at the time this notice is being sent.
                                                                                                                
At this meeting we will be reviewing updates of our Association bylaws, in addition the youth committee will be sharing with the body the bids for the 2024 Youth Track Meet schedule.
 
I have attached for your convenience a copy of the agenda.
